Dietz & Watson: LaserHam
When I started working on the Dietz & Watson brand, one of the first things I learned was that they possess a laser capable of etching whatever one desires onto their premium meats.
This intrigued me, and I vowed to find a way to put said laser to use. After several failed attempts, an unthinkable opportunity presented itself when Michael Ian Black fired off a particularly intriguing tweet.
I saw and knew what had to be done. In a miraculous series of events, the meat laser was powered up, and Michael Ian Black’s face was engraved on a delicious Dietz & Watson ham in less than 24 hours.
LaserHam won a handful of awards including a Mashie, One Show Merit Award, Best in Show Non-Traditional at the Philly ADDYs, a Louix from the Art Directors Club, and was also a Shorty Awards finalist. Meat is amazing.

Has anybody invented a laser that etches your face on a ham? It would be called LaserHam.— Michael Ian Black (@michaelianblack) September 25, 2013
