NEX PLAYGROUND
The Nex Playground is the video game console that gets the whole family moving. Focusing on “active play,” it uses motion tracking to turn the living room into a playground, transforming screen time into a fun, movement-filled experience for kids and parents alike.
As a new brand and product with relatively low awareness, Nex wanted to spread the word far and wide in anticipation of the 2024 holiday season. To help them accomplish this, we established the brand platform “Play That Moves You” and developed a TV spot built around that. They also had a strong desire to leverage their deep pool of user-generated content showing real Playground users busting a move, so our final product combined captured content with authentic UGC, all backed by an iconic soundtrack to set the tone.
This spot was a direct catalyst for a record-breaking Black Friday and Cyber Monday, which led to the Nex Playground being sold out at pretty much every retailer in the country.
